Step 12 - Redeem Gift Card
This tutorial will show you how to MANUALLY Redeem a Gift Card, please note that if you are using a card reader make sure you have setup your card reader settings first. Follow this link if you need help configuring your device Setting up your Apple Card reader
Use the following steps to Redeem a Gift Card
- Tap Gift Cards from Home Screen
- Tap Redeem Gift Card
- Input all Required fields by tapping on them or if you have a card reader swipe the card
- Tap Process (upper right hand corner of the screen)
- Tap Yes to confirm the sale
- Once approved you can obtain a finger signature by tapping Get Signature (bottom left corner of the screen)
- Double tap on screen if you make a mistake otherwise tap Accept
- Tap Email to send the customer a receipt
- Type in the customers email address and tap Send
